  1. Before any goods can be returned to us, you need to contact us to make arrangements. Returns made without the necessary authorisation from the Church Buying Group will not be dealt with or refunded.
  2. Most of the products we sell are made-to-order so it is essential that you check and double-check before placing an order as goods made-to-order cannot be returned or refunded unless the Church Buying Group decides otherwise.
  3. Goods agreed to be returned or exchanged for reasons not within our control will incur a 50% handling charge.
  4. Delivery charges for goods returned are at the customers expense.
