delivery information

Once you place an order with us, we will get your products scheduled in for delivery. This process can take anything from hours to days depending on product availability. As soon as we have a delivery date (be it an actual day or a week commencing date) we will send you an email with further information on. In addition, you will be contacted by telephone to organise a specific day for delivery.

Whilst we appreciate you want to know as far in advance as possible to plan around your delivery, sometimes it can take a couple of weeks after placing an order before we know when a product is being manufactured and will be available for delivery so please do keep checking for a delivery notification email (and do remember to check your junk email folder!)

We believe to reduce mistakes it is often better to allow the manufacturers to arrange delivery direct with the customer. Therefore you may be called by telephone beforehand by a member of the manufacturer’s sales team to arrange a suitable delivery day.

Gopak Lightweight Folding Tables

GOPAK products such as their tables and benches normally do not incurr a delivery charge. However, there is a minimum order value of £20 and below this amount a delivery charge may be made.

Please note, all GOPAK products, with the exception of products specifically marked as "FROM STOCK" are made-to-order and can take between 2 and 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver from payment of order.

All Gopak folding tables and trolleys are delivered by the carrier Night Freight. Delivery time is between 8.30am – 5.30pm on the pre-arranged day.

The day before the tables are to be delivered to the customer, they are to be collected by Night Freight and taken from the factory and shipped to the relevant local Night Freight delivery depot. The tables are loaded onto the delivery vehicle very early in the morning for delivery that day. If you have supplied a mobile phone number Night Freight should send you a text message to let you know your items are out for delivery.

Of course we do understand that many of our customers would like to receive a delivery time especially, for example, where premises are unmanned. Unfortunately the closest we can get to achieve this for our customer, is to offer an "early" delivery (between 8.00am – 1pm, subject to traffic conditions) the charge for this is £6.50 + vat per consignment.

Prince Stacking and Upholstered Church Chairs

All customers will be contacted via email or via the telephone with a delivery day beforehand. Where possible, the manufacturer will use their own delivery transport and the driver will call the customer up to two hours before delivery on the day specified. However occasionally the manufacturers will use a national carrier and then only a day, but not a time, can be specified.

Depending on the manufacturer of the particular chairs ordered, delivery costs vary. We will always provide you with a delivery cost as part of a quote or during the order process.

Folding Chairs and Chair Trolleys and Polyfold tables and chairs

All customers will be contacted via email with a delivery day beforehand. Where possible, the manufacturer will use their own delivery transport and the driver will call the customer up to two hours before delivery on the day specified. However occasionally the manufacturers will use a national carrier and then only a day, but not a time, can be specified.

Wooden Upholstered Church Chairs

Barton Products offer a free tailgate only delivery service within their normal delivery area. All deliveries outside this area will be quoted on an order by order basis. Please contact the sales office on 0844 209 4363 for details.
