Payments

Payment with order by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque.

We accept Local Authority andSchool Purchase orders for most orders, however bespoke products may require a deposit or payment in full prior to dispatch.

Where payments incur bank charges (e.g. international Bank Transfers / CHAPS), those charges are the responsibility of the customer.

VAT at the the appropriate rate applies to all orders.

All payments must be made in UK Pounds Sterling


Delivery & Receipt of Goods

Most product pages indicate a shipping schedule, which is the average for that item throughout the year.  Delivery schedules may be extended during September due to large education orders.

Should you require quick delivery, please contact us to check current schedules.

Deliveries are made in one of 2 ways: 

Delivery method 1: By the manufacturer using their own vehicles. This is the preferred way for larger orders.

Delivery method 2: Courier. Used for Fast Track and smaller orders.

Multi-product orders are sometimes delivered in several consignments depending on the items ordered. 

Standard delivery is Kerbside only (for both courier and own-vehicle). You will need to have resources available to move the furniture items into your building. The driver in most cases is not permitted to assist and has instrcutions just to leave the package(s). This is normal as they will have multiple drops and a busy timetable to stick to. If delivery is refused due to resource being unavailble to move the items of furniture from the kerbside delivery into your building, then a re-delivery charge may be applicable.

Goods should be inspected and signed for on delivery. Any damage should be noted on the drivers delivery notes and immediately reported to us via email with photographs.

Certain areas of the UK will incur additional delivery charges such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. This is out of our control and the cost is at the discretion of the delivering company. If you fall into one of these areas please call us for any additional costs.

Cancellation

Once in manufacture, ordered Goods may not be cancelled.

Goods ordered incorrectly will incur a cancelation charge.


Return of Goods

Any goods returned must be unused, un-assembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Items which require self assembly may only be returned if unassembled and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sales Of Goods Act are unaffected by this.

Guarantee

All guarantees assume normal usage and do not cover wearable parts such as feet.

Product guarantees may be found on product pages, within the 'Guarantee' tab.  Guarantees are also available on request.
