Please contact us if the goods have not arrived five weeks from placing the order, Despatch can occasionally be delayed, particularly as the goods are being made to order, or when unexpected popularity depletes stocks of some items.
9. Tables, Benches and Trolley's are delivered free of charge UK mainland unless a special delivery is required.
10. There will be a small delivery charge made on some chair orders of less than 20 chairs.

1. Returned goods can only be accepted if previously authorised by Church Buying Group any products ordered in error will incur a handling charge of up to 50%.
2. In the event that any goods are damaged in transit notification to the Church Buying Group must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. The Company reserves the right to recover any costs incurred should litigation be necessary in order to obtain monies legitimately owed to the Company.

The Church Buying Group uses Google Checkout as our credit and debit card processing company. When you pay by credit or debit card, you are transferred to Google's secure servers to complete payment.

The Church Buying Group does not hold any of your credit or debit card information.

There is a minimum GOPAK order value of £20.00 + vat. All items below this level will incur a £15.00 + vat delivery charge. Special AM Deliver charged at cost £6.00 + vat

ALL Gopak items are made to order with the exception of items marked "CBG stock item".

Delivery for Gopak items is approximately 3 – 4 weeks from the payment of an order unless specifically marked as "CBG stock item".

"CBG stock item" are subject to availability and would be delivered approx 5 days from the payment of an order. All Chairs are made to order and if ordered with tables will come at a separate time from the tables.

Stacking chairs, Upholstered church chairs.
1 – 20 chairs will have a delivery charge of £15.00 + vat. Free Delivery mainland UK for 21 or above.

All Folding chairs will have a manufacturer’s delivery charge based on the quantity ordered. These charges will be on the quote.

Wooden chairs.
Barton Products offer a free tailgate only delivery service within their normal delivery area. All deliveries outside this area will be quoted on an order by order basis. Please contact the sales office on 0844 209 4363 for details.

All prices shown are £ Sterling and are subject to VAT. VAT will be applied to prices and carriage charges at the rate ruling at the date of despatch.

Cancellations - Orders cannot be amended or cancelled except with our written consent and on terms which will indemnify The Church Buying Ltd against any loss. Goods agreed to be returned or exchanged for reasons not within our control will incur a 50% handling charge.

We believe to reduce mistakes it is better to allow the manufacturers to arrange delivery direct with the customer. Therefore you will be called by telephone beforehand by a member of the manufacturer’s sales team to arrange a suitable delivery day.
